General Terms and Conditions
InternetWise Ltd shall provide a quality and timely service to the best of our ability. Should InternetWise Ltd be unable to complete any work within an agreed timeframe, the client will be advised as soon as possible and new arrangements made. Where this is due to waiting for information or materials from third parties, the client will be advised and InternetWise Ltd accepts no responsibility for the delay but will make every endeavour to complete the work as soon as able.
Some of our work may be sub-contracted. In this instance the client will be advised and provided with approximate timeframes and any associated costs prior to starting any work.
Invoices
Our quotes are best estimates based on the information and materials provided at the time. These are estimates only (unless specifically stated) and you will be invoiced for the actual time taken to complete the work.
Where it is found that a large variation to the estimates provided may exist, InternetWise Ltd will endeavour to provide you with the reasons and any options available.
Prices are based on an hourly rate and are GST exclusive unless otherwise indicated.
Invoicing is fortnightly, the middle and end of the month.
Payment
Payments are due within 14 days following invoice by direct credit to Internetwise Ltd bank account (details will be provided on the invoice). Penalty interest may be charged on overdue accounts.
Site backups
Site backups are the responsibility of the owner of the site. You will be provided the access permissions (user name and password) when you register your domain name. On request InternetWise will provide a copy of the site in standard html format.
Copyright
It is the responsibility of the site owner to ensure all materials provided are free from copyright restrictions, or that permission has been granted for use on the website, where copyright restrictions exist.
