Terms and Conditions
- You may have your website built using the template in any way you like.
- No larger than 50mb (website size).
- Up to 450 words per page.
- Up to 3 client images (photos/graphics) per page.
- No pop-ups or advertising.
- All prices stated are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and include GST.
- We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard/Visa), cheque or bank transfer.
- A deposit will be required before any work commences.
- You will be invoiced annually after the first year for your domain name and hosting. Domain name renewal is currently $49.00 + GST per year and Hosting is $200 + GST per year. These prices are subject to change
- These templates may be sold to other clients in future and are not solely owned by any client.
- You may not resell or distribute any template supplied by Internetwise.
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of content providing companies and individuals.
Exclusions
- This package does not include any online shopping features.
- We do not accept adult, pornographic, nudity, obscene or other illegal content.
